Coralpoint Development Corporation (CDC) is a Philippine corporation that was formed in 1993 to develop landmark real estate projects in Cebu, specifically on Mactan Island. CDC’s first major development was the Coralpoint Resort Village, an exclusive beachfront condominium complex at Punta Engaño East, Mactan. The project is definitely Cebu’s premiere condominium community and is the only one of its kind in the Philippines.
